Thanks for nothing, Cox Communications!

The other day, I saw what I consider the epitome of arrogance and greed.

I went to Cox Communications in person to pay my bill. It was on time, and it was convenient to stop in.

They charged me an additional $5 for coming in and paying on time.

I didn't have any money with me at the time, but they said it didn't matter, because they will add it to my next bill.

Gee, thanks!

they charged the fee. They should not be allowed to do so. Simple GREED IMO.

Free Enterprise System! NO Cox is regulated by your local government The gov allows these stupid charges

they'd rather you pay it online or thru bill pay. Some of my bills charge a fee if I pay it online or thru bill pay(automatic monthly deduction from my bank account) instead of mailing it back in.
