SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY Massaponax Baptist Church, will hold vacation Bible school July 5-10, 6:15-8:30 p.m. for ages nursery through adult. 540/898-0021. Bethlehem Baptist Church, in Massaponax, will hold Achievement Day for Youth tomorrow at 3 p.m. Lunch will be served at 2 p.m. Keynote speaker will be Jonathan Clark, a liver-transplant recipient and recent graduate of Hampton University. Church of the Messiah, 12201 Spotswood Furnace Lane, will host the Rev. Lee Moore as guest clergyman at the 9 and 10:30 a.m. services tomorrow. Refreshments will be served in the fellowship hall after each service, and a nursery will be provided. Faith Christian Center World Outreach, 10606 Benchmark Road, will hold a community cookout and fireworks display today 4-10 p.m., featuring a barbecue rib cook-off, games, rides, motorcycle stunt performance by the 540 Boyz and more. STAFFORD COUNTYBerea Baptist Church, 28 Fleet Road, will hold an old-fashioned "Hymnfest" tomorrow at 5 p.m., with a pot luck to follow at 6 p.m. Featured singers will be Milton Christy and local recording artist Heather Bennett. Falmouth Baptist Church, will hold a patriotic worship service tomorrow at 11 a.m., led by the Rev. Leslie Powers with music under the direction of Ron Wehman. There will be a traditional cookout in the parking lot immediately following the worship service and casual attire is suggested. Stafford Community Baptist Church, will hold vacation Bible school for ages 6 through adult July 6-10, St. John Baptist Church, in Milford, will hold communion tomorrow, the first Sunday, at 8 and 11 a.m. CULPEPER COUNTY Culpeper Christian Assembly, 118 North East St., will hold vacation Bible school July 6-10, 9 a.m.-noon for children ages 3 years through sixth grade. WESTMORELAND COUNTYColonial Beach Baptist Church, 10 Garfield Ave. on Monroe Bay, will host the Rappahannock District Youth Choir July 10 at 7 p.m.
