Herbert Hoover Clarke, Spotsylvania, two counts of arson.

Charles Delaney Cole Jr., Fredericksburg, possession of cocaine.

Christopher Andrew Curtis, Spotsylvania, robbery and grand larceny.

Cy Adam Daigle, possession of cocaine.
