Companies are happy to take premiums from the healthy ... but avoid the 'pre-sick' like the plague. Ever heard of someone being dropeed from thier auto or home insurance because of too many claims? In this case the gov't assigns the person to a pool and requires a company to insure the auto or home (as astronimical rates).
