Harriet A. Poole
Harriet Ann Poole, 61, of Fredericksburg died Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009, at her residence. Mrs. Poole was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She enjoyed quilting and reading, and was an avid book and stamp collector. Survivors include her husband, Richard L. Poole; her children, Eli Poole, Grace Poole and Albert Poole, all of Fredericksburg; her mother, Louise Sisk of Fredericksburg; and two brothers, Howard Sisk of Free Union and Paul Sisk of Orange. A Mass of celebration will be held a 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at St. Mary Catholic Church, with the Rev. Bjorn Lundberg officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, at Covenant Funeral Home, 4801 Jefferson Davis Highway, Fredericksburg. Online guestbook is available at covenantfuneral
