Anais Marie Bakhshaee, Spotsylvania, possession of Ecstasy.

James Maurice Ballentine, Beaverdam, failure to appear in court.

Christopher Momoh Bangura, Spotsylvania, rape, three counts of taking indecent liberties with a child, three counts of aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration.

Karl Cornell Banks, Spotsylvania, possession of illegal drugs and possession of illegal drugs with the intent to distribute.

Nathan Anthony Barton, Spotsylvania, malicious wounding by mob and conspiracy.

Gregory W. Beland Jr., Spotsylvania, malicious wounding by mob and conspiracy.

Thomas Warren Best, Spotsylvania, electronic solicitation of a minor, nine counts of possession of child pornography and soliciting child pornography.

Christopher Allen Burgess, Spotsylvania, abduction, three counts of taking indecent liberties with a child, three counts of sodomy, attempted sodomoy and using a firearm in the commission of a felony.
