Anthony T. Meli
Anthony Thor Meli, 38, of Stafford County died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009, at his home with his wife and son at his side. Mr. Meli was active in the Association for the Blind. Survivors include his wife, Karina Blayer; his son, Luca G. Meli; his father, Anthony C. Meli of California; his mother, France Bardia-Blanco of New York; two brothers, Christopher Sowinski of New York and Jacob Meli of California; a sister, Cher Lyman of New York; and his special mother-in-law, Eugenia Batalla.
