Alonzo Valdez Clark II
Alonzo Valdez Clark II, 19, of Fredericksburg, son of Cheryl and Alonzo, has completed his circle of life, dying Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009. Alonzo was a sophomore at Lees McRae College, Banner Elk, N.C., where he was an honor student, track athlete and sergeant of arms for his local fraternity that provides hundreds of hours of community service. Alonzo is survived by his brother, Benjamin, a two-tour Iraq War veteran, and Benjamin's wife, Carolin; two sisters, Michelle and her husband, Robert Denardi, an Afghanistan War veteran, and Felicia, a junior at Old Dominion University; his nephew, Alexsander; his Nan, Joy Davies, of the The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until noon Saturday, Oct. 10, at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Home, Spotsylvania chapel, 9215 Courthouse Road, Spotsylvania.
