Emily A. Howell, 34, of Stafford County died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2009, in King George County. She was a student at George Mason University. Survivors include two sons, Evan and Anthony; one sister, Layla Quintana of King George; her father, Doyle Howell of North Carolina; and her mother, Dorothy Stephens of North Carolina. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at Nash & Slaw Funeral Home, King George. Burial will follow in Historyland Memorial Park, King George.
