As a resident of Stafford County's Hartwood District, I'm excited to head to the polls on Nov. 3 to cast my vote for our School Board representative.
I'm excited because this year I can vote for an individual with the qualifications, experience, and leadership skills that can help bring our public schools back to their place of excellence among neighboring school divisions.
Noreen Crowley is that exceptional candidate. She has served as Virginia's assistant secretary of education under Gov. Mark Warner. She is an education-policy analyst by profession, and an applauded former member and chair of Stafford School Board.
She has shown her continued support of our schools through her current service as secretary of Stafford Education Foundation.
Noreen Crowley is everything Stafford students and employees could hope for in a leader.
