Stephanie Johnson, an advocate for schools

Stephanie Johnson, an advocate for schools

I've worked with Stephanie Johnson for nearly 10 years. She's a staunch advocate for the betterment of our children's education and well-being. She considers educators' and parents' needs when implementing a new procedure or policy.

I've seen her dedication and thoughtfulness first-hand during the years she's served on the Aquia Harbour Preschool board of directors.

Stephanie Johnson would best serve our community as a member of the Stafford County School Board because of her knowledge of the needs of the children and teachers.

who is our advocate

I believe Ms. Johnson doesn't have the (posted by Dana1 , Oct. 19, 2009 6:53 am)
"big picture" concept. I listened to her speak and she only regurgitates what the Central Office tells her. Central Office spends like they have a bottomless checkbook on ideas that mainly enhance their own job security - and they couch it "all in the name of the children". Many admit they don't why they continue with some of the expensive programs we have that don't work. We don't need a school board member that gives the school division free rein. Children & teachers first, not central office.

represent the needs of all the people not the school division . We have had for the past 4 years a school board rep who did not represent the people. we dont need another one. i will be voting for Jon Myers.
