Helen Virginia Smith, 82, of Fredericksburg died Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, at Mary Washington Hospital.
Miss Smith retired as an assistant cashier at the Bank of New York.
Survivors include her sister, Evelyn Bryant; her niece, Carol A. Henderson; and her nephews, Frank C. and Richard S. Laurine.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, at Evergreen Cemetery in Brooklyn, N.Y.
