The Rev. James H. Pierce Jr., 62, of Beltsville, Md., formerly of Fredericksburg, died Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown, Md. Arrangements are incomplete at Cedell Brooks Funeral Home, Port Royal.
