Mr. John David Foringer, 58, of Stafford County passed away at Stafford Hospital Center on Friday, Oct. 23, 2009.
The son of the late Charles and Leona Foringer, John was a furniture assembler for Value City Furniture.
He is survived by two daughters, Katheryn Doroteo of Tyrone, Pa., and Cindy Foringer of Glen Lyon, Pa.; his sister, Nancy Hunt of Stafford; two brothers, Frank Foringer and Jim Foringer, both of New York; and 17 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers. He was also survived by his loving dog, Fluffy "Puff-Puff."
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Victory Baptist Church, 358 Telegraph Road, Stafford, where a funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, with Pastor John Hodgen officiating. Interment will follow in Dumfries Cemetery.
