James M. Dolinger

James M. Dolinger, 82, of Beaverdam died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009, at the Andrus House/Avalon House in Rockville, Md.

Born in West Virginia, he was a member of Wright's Chapel United Methodist Church in Ladysmith, and was the widower of Lila H. Dolinger.

Survivors include three children, Diane Woodall and her husband, Don, of Burke, David Dolinger and his wife, Sue, of Centreville, and Debra Burba and her husband, Derek, of Burke; two sisters, Nellie Blevins and her husband, Joe, of Granite Falls, N.C., and Gaye Cornett of Abingdon; seven grandchildren, Brian Woodall and his wife, Dana, of Davis, Calif., Jennifer Keenaghan and her husband, Brian, of Burke, Maureen Bell of the Marine Corps, Stephanie Dolinger and Kimberly Woodall, both of Gainesville, Jessica Burba of Fairfax, and Colleen Dolinger of Centreville; and a great-grandchild, Conor Keenaghan of Burke. He was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Dolinger, and a sister, Callie Scott.

A private family cremation service will be held and memorial contributions may be made to Wright's Chapel Building Fund, Box 193, Ladysmith, Va. 22501.
