Stafford County grand jury announces indictments Date published: 11/8/2009
The following people were indicted recently by a Stafford County grand jury: Jeffery Eliu Alfarao, Woodbridge, embezzlement. Christopher Albert Becker, Stafford, two counts of possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell. Crystal Lee Bishop, aka Crystal Lee Hughes, Spotsylvania, possession of illegal drugs. Bonnie Marie Blattenberger, Stafford, grand larceny and larceny with the intent to sell. Fernando Vintinelli Booker, Manassas, possession of illegal drugs with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. Owen Anthony Brown, Brooklyn, N.Y., four counts of using electronic means to procure minors for obscene materials. Sinclair Brown, Gainesville, possession of illegal drugs, failure to appear in court and possession of marijuana. Joseph Francis Carosi, Stafford, threatening to burn or bomb. Rico Carter, Stafford, three counts of credit card theft, petty larceny, credit card fraud and tampering with a vehicle. Rollie Lee Chance Jr., Stafford, driving while intoxicated and refusing to take a breath test. Marquise Antwallious Cody, Dumfries, distributing drugs on school property, receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of a weapon on school property, defacing a handgun and trespassing. Earnest Sherrod Cole, Spotsylvania, embezzlement, credit card fraud and felony larceny. Phillip Aaron Conley, Herndon, failure to appear in court. David Phillip Conrad Jr., Stafford, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and providing alcohol to an underage person. Christopher Lynne Cornwell, Stafford, worthless check, three counts of obtaining money by false pretenses and six counts of forgery. David Dewayne Covington, Spotsylvania, driving while intoxicated. Rebecca Crack, Spotsylvania, perjury. Bruce Edward Crowe Jr., burglary and grand larceny. Janiece Maria Easley, Fredericksburg, forgery and perjury. Victoria Lee Fewell, Marshall, felony larceny. Robert Pierce Gayle, Stafford, threatening to burn or bomb, assault and battery, obstruction of justice and trespassing. Ryan Michael Greek, Dumfries, possession of illegal drugs with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana. Joshua Gringrich, Lorton, two counts of failure to appear in court. Preston Wayne Harrell, Fredericksburg, possession of illegal drugs with the intent to distribute. Anna Marie Hill, Stafford, two counts of possession of illegal drugs and driving on a revoked license. Dwayne R. Jackson, Stafford, possession of illegal drugs and driving while intoxicated. Anthony Allen Jaramillo, Fredericksburg, attempting to distribute an imitation illegal drug and conspiracy.
