O'Banner is NAACP queen
North Stafford girl is NAACP queen in Stafford

Jasmine O'Banner, a ninth- grade student at North Stafford High School, was crowned the 2009 NAACP Queen of Stafford County during the recent NAACP King & Queen Rally of area churches in Stafford County.

Jasmine, the daughter of Keith and Irma O'Banner, is an honor-roll student and a cheerleader on the Junior Varsity Cheer Squad.

She represented Little Forest Baptist Church, where she and her family are active members.

Her church activities include serving as president of the Little Forest Baptist Church Youth Ministry, member of the youth choir, and member of the usher ministry.
