Aubrey A. Covington
Aubrey Allen Covington, 73, of Spotsylvania County died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at Mary Washington Hospital. Mr. Covington was a native of Spotsylvania and the son of the late Irene and Robert Covington. He attended Spotsylvania High School and was a retired taxicab driver. Survivors include his son, Timothy; his daughter, Tammy; three grandchildren; five sisters, June Skinner, Rose Brooks, Jeanette James and Phyllis Self; two brothers, Charles and William Covington; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16, in Sunset Memorial Gardens. A viewing for friends will occur Monday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
