Michael Ruding Sprague, 63, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, at Carriage Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease and lung cancer. He will live in our hearts. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
