Bernice L. Pawlak
Bernice Lillian Pawlak, 80, of Fredericksburg died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at her residence. Mrs. Pawlak was formerly of Fairfield Glade, Tenn., and Cleveland, Ohio. Survivors include her son, Michael J. Kole and his wife, Marcia, of Spotsylvania County; her daughter, Kathleen L. Belin and her husband, Dave, of Aurora, Ohio; a brother, Melvin Hach, and a sister, Virginia Turowski, both of Cleveland; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was the widow of William B. Pawlak and was preceded in death by son Donald A. Kole. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at St. George Episcopal Church, with the Rev. James C. Dannals officiating. Burial will be private.
