So disappointing
I am 84 years old and very disappointed that Rep. Rob Wittman voted against my interests. Eugene Brunelle Spotsylvania
If we think about the people that a new health plan could HELP, a plan NOT designed to shaft Americans, and those people are considered by you to be gullible fools, what do you make of those who fell for the BS of WMDs, the Iraq nuclear threat, etc., that 75% believed in, despite writings EVERYDAY disproving those lies (not opinions). And that could only kill Americans. So what's wrong with looking at health reform that would cost over 10 yrs less than the total cost of the idiotic Iraq war that we loved?
So you have no data to support your position - that's about what I expected. But, hey, you know the area so you know what's true/untrue - is that really your position? If so, that's very funny. And I don't need to provide data since I'm not the one making unfounded, unsupported statements.
Eugene at age 84 survived the Great Depression (caused by Republicans), was rescued by one of the greatest Presidents FDR (a Democrat), - there was WWII and the Cold War. Eugene sounds like a honorable person, and it is shameful to read the hard hearted responses from the usual right wingers. Just like the person in Chicago who expressed the loss of a wife and child due to a broken health care system. The t-ea b-aggers chided and laughed the person down. Shameful, hateful, rotten human beings.
I don't need data-I know this area and the fact is, Mr. Wittman is the latest in an uninterrupted series of Republicans to hold that congressional seat (since 1977 in fact). He'll be re-elected and when he decides he doesn't want to run anymore, another R will succeed him. That's the way it is-this area is conservative. And Conservatives don't favor this 2,000 page piece of crap that costs a fortune and don't solve the problem. Show me data that shows the majority opinion is otherwise!
Pls provide your data source that validates that "he did cast a vote that was in keeping with the opinions of the majority of his constituency". Thanks.
