Aquia Episcopal will host pre-holiday meal

Aquia Episcopal Church will host the Aquia's Table Thanksgiving Meal tonight from 6 to 8.

Aquia's Table is a hot-meals program in Stafford County. The event is open to everyone, but the church is extending a special invitation to people in need of a holiday meal or company this Thanksgiving. The church is located at 2938 Jefferson Davis Highway in North Stafford.

City Baptist Church serves up pancakes

Fredericksburg Baptist Church will host a Thanksgiving Day pancake breakfast beginning at 8 a.m. tomorrow.

The annual event is in the church's fellowship hall on Caroline Street. It is open to all. For information, call 540/373-4402.

Church is hosting Thanksgiving dinner

Liberty Community Church in Bealeton will host a Thanksgiving dinner for the community at 6 p.m. tomorrow.

The event is open to everyone, especially those who are alone or unable to cook dinner at home on the holiday. Also invited are law enforcement and emergency workers on duty, and visitors to the area.

The dinner is provided through donations by local businesses and members of the church in southern Fauquier County.

Corbin church serves Thanksgiving lunch

Round Oak Baptist Church in Corbin in Caroline County will offer a traditional Thanksgiving meal from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow.

Community members who would otherwise dine alone are invited to fellowship with others at the church or carry a meal home.

Deliveries available for the elderly or homebound. Please call 540/373-6862 to request a delivery.

The church is at 15025 Pepmeier Hill Road (State Route 610), off State Route 2, a few miles south of New Post.

Stafford church offers meal for needy

Calvary Chapel of Fredericksburg will hold a Thanksgiving banquet for the needy and homeless.

Dinner will be held tomorrow, 2-5 p.m., in the fellowship hall of the southern Stafford Church. For details, call 540/373-8683.
