Tomas Alvarez, Stafford, driving while intoxicated, driving on a revoked license and refusing to take a breath test.

Timothy Christopher Banks, Fort Washington, Md., obtaining money by false pretenses and two counts of attempting to obtain money by false pretenses.

Adam Luther Brown, Spotsylvania, eluding police.

William Aaron Burkins, Bowling Green, prescription fraud.

David Davion Burroughs, Stafford, driving while intoxicated and refusing to take a breath test.

Jennifer Lillian Burton, Fredericksburg, nine counts of credit card forgery, forging a check and passing a forged check.

Michelle Veronica Carria, Stafford, grand larceny, larceny with the intent to sell and conspiracy.

Reda Faye Christian, King George, possession of Adderall.

Khristian Lynnette Cornwell, Stafford, four counts of forging currency and two counts of obtaining money by false pretenses.

Patricia Ann Cucchiara, Stafford, five counts of issuing worthless checks.

Willard Daniel Dunford Jr., Stafford, assault and battery and destruction of property.

Steven Douglas Elliott Sr., Spotsylvania, felony larceny and possession of hydrocodone.

Terrell Antwan Fauntleroy, Fredericksburg, two counts of failure to appear in court.

Tommy Randell George, Ruther Glen, damaging property and eluding police.

Megan Lynn Gilham, Fredericksburg, felony bad check.

Dartanyon Anthony Gray, Goldvein, possession of PCP.

Diana Lynn Grogan, Stafford, grand larceny.

Cornelius Philip Johnson II, Fredericksburg, five counts of failure to appear in court.

Troy Williams Longwell, Spotsylvania, two counts of grand larceny.

Daniel Patrick Mulligan, Stafford, larceny with the intent to sell and conspiracy.

Eric Rafael Perez, Dumfries, four counts of grand larceny and breaking and entering.

Ryan Anthony Price, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

Laurie Odham Raines, Spotsylvania, felony bad checks.

Paul Michael Richardson, Spotsylvania, passing a forged check.

Michael Anthony Ritenour, Rhoadesville, two counts of forgery, two counts of passing a forged check and three counts of obtaining money by false pretenses.

Juan Nelson Roberts, Washington, possession of a firearm as a felon.

Brandon Lee Smith, Stafford, first-degree murder and using a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Roger Leon Smith, Spotsylvania, distributing marijuana.

Craig Owen Vaczy, Fredericksburg, malicious wounding, abduction, robbery and burglary.

Juan Jose Vega, Stafford, embezzlement.

Dennis Alonza Washington, Spotsylvania, violating a protective order.

Billy Franklin Whitmer, Stanley, driving after being declared a habitual offender.
