Myrtle Lee Meadows
Myrtle Lee Meadows, 68, of Fredericksburg passed away Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at Mary Washington Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Ben; three daughters, Teresa Woodfork and her husband, Kevin, of Bristow, Cindy Ploss and her husband, James, of Fredericksburg, and Angie Hindman and her husband, Matthew, of Pittsburgh; one son, Frank Eley and his fiancee, Susan Cooke, of Fredericksburg; a brother, Verbon Coakley Jr. and his wife, Joan, of Stafford County; seven grandchildren; one nephew; and two nieces. She was preceded in death by one son, Roy L. Eley Jr. Myrtle was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Stafford. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at Found & Sons Funeral Chapel-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Dec. 2 at the funeral home with Brother William Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
