Callers are not required to give their names. Sean Youngblood, 35, on contempt of court charges. He is described as a white man, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 165 pounds. Claudia Marie Zuluga-Agudelo, 42, on nine charges of failure to appear on a felony. She is a Hispanic female, 4 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds. Her last known address was in Richmond. Joseph Roger Yearty, 31, on two charges of grand larceny. He is described as a black man, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds. Kayla Marie Blankenship, 21, on charges of forgery/uttering a counterfeit bank note. She is described as a white woman, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds. Her last known address was in Manassas.
