Julie Ann Carlson
Julie Ann Carlson, 36, of Goochland, formerly of Ruther Glen, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009. She attended the University of Alabama-Birmingham and worked in the health care field in Richmond. Survivors include her parents, Robert and Frances Carlson of Ruther Glen; a sister, Natalie Drawdy and her husband, Jason, of Mechanicsville; her nephews and niece, Andrew, Brian, Michael and Katie Drawdy; her paternal grandmother, Lena C. Carlson, and her maternal grandmother, Ruth S. Pickett. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, in the chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, with Pastor Jamie Eads officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, at the funeral home.
