Rappahannock Community College has angel tree
Date published: 12/27/2009

Cheryl Landrum, a Rappahannock Community College student from King and Queen County, was the driving force behind this year's angel tree project on the college's Warsaw campus. "Christmas is supposed to be magical," Landrum said.

The tree was decorated with paper angels, colored by Rappahannock students, bearing the names of 13 boys between the ages of 8 and 12. The tree project was sponsored by the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society for the benefit of selected Westmoreland County children.
