Caroline County grand jury indictments

The following people were indicted recently by a Caroline County grand jury:

Bruce Anthony Anderson, 23, Ashland, two counts of grand larceny.

Samantha R. Bako, 22, Ruther Glen, embezzlement, destruction of property and using identifying information to defraud.

Beverly Cook Brooks, 42, Richmond, felony failure to appear.

Andre Wilbert Brown, 29, Ruther Glen, leaving the scene of an accident and eluding police.

Marvin Emmanuel Brown, Jr., 22, Ruther Glen, rape.

Javon Phylister Cobb, 20, Ruther Glen, eluding police.

Kevin Lamont Coleman, 30, Richmond, two counts of murder, two counts of abduction, two counts of robbery and six counts of conspiracy.

William Austin Cox, 31, Fredericksburg, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Edward John Deasy III, 23, Garner, N.C., possession of a controlled substance.

Robert Alan Franzem, 61, Richmond Hill, N.Y., possession of a controlled substance.

Tommy Randell George, 49, Ruther Glen, grand larceny, auto theft.

Slandon Eugene Goodall, 42, Hanover, possession of a controlled substance.

Jason James Grantham, 25, unknown address, possession of controlled substance.

Joseph D. Hinson, 23, Fredericksburg, attempted murder, aggravated malicious wounding, armed common law burglary, four counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, three counts of attempted robbery, wearing a mask in public and four conspiracy charges.

Timothy Kevin Lee, Jr., 18, Ruther Glen, statutory burglary and conspiracy to commit statutory burglary.

John Lewis, 44, of unknown address, perjury and giving false report to law enforcement official.

Kenneth Matthew Madison, 25, Ruther Glen, possession of a controlled substance.

James Eddie Morrisson, 29, Stafford, attempted murder, aggravated malicious wounding, armed common law burglary, four counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, three counts of attempted robbery, wearing a mask in public and four conspiracy charges.

William Charles Myles, 39, Ruther Glen, threaten by letter/communication.

Ronnie Steven Neff II, 27, Spotsylvania, attempted murder, aggravated malicious wounding, armed common law burglary, four counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, three counts of attempted robbery, wearing a mask in public and four conspiracy charges.

James Raymond Oglesby Jr., 24, Ruther Glen, malicious wounding and statutory burglary.

Leonard Wayne Parker Jr., 26, Ruther Glen, felony DUI, third in five years.

Jason Shane Petrowski, 32, Ruther Glen, felony failure to appear.
