Journal provides answers to important issues for dudes
Date published: 2/5/2010

BY ALEX VAN HORN

Dude! Which one is cooler: Batman or Wolverine? But seriously, what's funnier: A surfing raccoon or a hot dog on a motorcycle? Yo, homedog, if your neighbor was attacked by a cyclops, what would you do?

Within the text of the "Dude Diary," all of these hypothetical questions and more can be found. All you have to do is answer them.

Released by Fine Print Publishing, the "Dude Diary" is a clever devise that allows us "dudes" to express ourselves but still retain our masculinity. You're probably thinking, "No way, bro! I can't express myself and continue being a male. That's dumb. I don't believe you! I'm going to go skateboard."

On the contrary, the "Dude Diary" is very masculine. It allows dudes to think about our actions and provide clarity in a sometimes unclear world. And just in case you still think it's girly, the "Dude Diary" comes with a "Dude Lock" that is approved by real dudes.

While it works as both a passageway to your inner thoughts and as an awesome journal, the "Dude Diary" can come in handy in many different situations. Say for example, your bratty little sister is getting on your nerves. She stole your awesome skateboard and you're getting pretty angry, bro! So what do you do? You simply flip to the "things that make you angry" page and write out your inner anguish. You return to your awesome life, get back your skateboard and resolve things with your kind little sister. You're like Gandhi, dude!

The "Dude Diary" is the private journal for the everyday dude. It allows us to balance our shifting emotions, like a dam to an intense and awesome river. So, homeskillet, who do you think is better: Batman or Wolverine?
