Fredericksburg's management plan committee will present recommendations on the plan, which is intended to provide guidance on balancing conservation and recreation on the land. A draft will be posted by Friday on the Friends of the Rappahannock Web site, riverfriends .org. Online comments will be accepted from Feb. 17 through March 3. Copies are also available for review at Fredericksburg's planning office, Room 209, City Hall.
