Andrew E. Rushin, 68, of Fredericksburg passed away from lung cancer Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010, at home, with his family surrounding him.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. Patrick Church in Johnstown, Pa.
