Date published: 9/4/2010 Agnes Howell Langston Agnes Howell Langston, 90, formerly of Wilson, N.C., died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010, in Fredericksburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard L. Langston; and a son, Michael Langston. She is survived by her daughter, Delores Thayer and husband Ron of Fredericksburg; three grandchildren, Lisa Wilson, Kimberly Johnson and Ronnie Thayer Jr.; and seven great-grandchildren, Troy Wilson, Ashton Leeper, Stacey Thayer, Thomas Johnson, Ronnie Thayer III, Dominique Johnson and James Thayer. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, at Shingleton Funeral Home in Wilson, N.C., with the Rev. Tim Howell and the Rev. Ron Thayer officiating.
