Spotsylvania Supervisor Gary Skinner was quoted Sunday about the county's VRE gas tax revenue. First elected in 2007, he won re-election to the board in November 2009 after the board voted to join the commuter rail service. He is serving a four-year term, which ends December 2013. Information about his term was incorrect in the story.
