I read with amusement the article last week that even baboons have shown the ability to recognize patterns. That means there is still some hope for liberals.

Let's have a practice test:

Free market creates opportunity.

Opportunity opens the door to success.

People seize the opportunity, work hard, and prosper.

The unsuccessful get jealous and want other people's stuff.

Politicians redistribute wealth to buy votes and make things "fair."

Opportunity dwindles because people don't get what they earned.

People quit working as hard.

Everyone gets less.

Hard workers get mad and move to where free market creates opportunity.

Opportunity opens the door to success.

And so on.

If only we could teach the baboons to run for the Senate seats of Harry Reid and his economically challenged buddies.
