David and Judy Hart of King George County announce the engagement of their daughter, Mallory Diane Hart, to Chris Amos, son of Ronnie Amos of Summersville, W.Va., and Tommi Kay Amos of Lewisburg, W.Va.

Mallory is a 2003 graduate of King George High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in education and exercise science from Bluefield College and her master's degree in nutrition and physical activity from James Madison University. Mallory is teaching sixth- and seventh- grade math at Pence Middle School in Dayton.

Chris is a 2003 graduate of Greenbrier East High School in Lewisburg. He attended Fairmont State University, and then served four years in the U.S. Army. Chris works for nTelos Communications in Harrisonburg.

The couple will be married June 30, 2012, in King George.
