Mark and Minerva Kowalski of Fredericksburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Nancy Kowalski, to Robert Collins, son of Ms. Kathy Collins of Massachusetts.

Nancy is a graduate of Chancellor High School and received a bachelor's degree from George Mason University and her master's degree from Bond University in Australia. She is employed at Centronia.

Robert received a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont. He is employed at Convergenz.

The couple plan to marry in 2013.
