The staff members at Heartfields Assisted Living--regardless of job title and responsibilities--have consistently gone out of their way to make my parents, Millard and June Carr, comfortable in their assisted living setting.
Recently, when my father's health grew progressively worse, they did everything they could to provide kind, caring support not only to my father, but to my mother as well to help her cope with his failing health.
Also, the dedicated team from MediHospice provided a full complement of much-needed professional care to my father and mother.
When he passed away recently, they, as well as the Heartfields' staff, provided the kind words and hugs that we needed during our mourning.
These people work long hours doing difficult work; some would even come in on their day off to help us. They are our heroes and heroines, and we wanted to let them and others know.
