If legend Bruce Hornsby is coming to my hometown, I would be an idiot to pass up the opportunity to see him. Celebrate Virginia Live will never be the same after this show. I saw him last year in Portsmouth and he turned that otherwise stuffy crowd into an absolute party! What a performance!

Fredericksburg
OK, so I'm a huge fan of the '80s, rock ballads and big hair. This one was a no-brainer for me. It's a great price, it's outdoors and it's in Fredericksburg. I thought I had "Double Vision" when I saw the date announced and I knew that it was "Urgent" that I put it on the summer to-do calendar.

Alan Jackson
So you didn't get tickets to see honky-tonk hit-maker Alan Jackson at his May 20 earthquake benefit in Mineral? Take heart--the world is still turning, and he will be returning to the area. Jackson will be promoting his new album, "Thirty Miles West." Its tear-jerking leadoff single, "So You Don't Have To Love Me Anymore," is exactly the type of song for which the acoustic-friendly Wolf Trap was made.
