On one Tuesday of every month, we invite experts on various business topics to answer the public's questions. This Tuesday, our guest will be Debra J. Harber, who has been the University of Mary Washington's director of financial aid for 25 years.

She is a member of the Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, the Southern Association of Financial Aid Administrators and the National Association of Student Administrators.

Harber received a bachelor's degree in business from Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis, and a master's in public administration from George Mason University.
