William Franklin Stallard, 81, of Fredericksburg died Monday, May 14, 2012, at home surrounded by his family.

Mr. Stallard was a real-estate and sales entrepreneur. He was a loving and generous husband, father and grandfather. He had a very outgoing personality and was always exceedingly helpful to his family and friends.

Survivors include his daughters, Garnetta Beal and Doris Stallard of Burke; sister Janice Annello of Titusville, Fla.; grandson Jason Rizzo and his wife, Lisa, of Springfield; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne C. Stallard.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 18, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.

A service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 19, at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Fairfax Memorial Park.
