Jeremy Robert Blake, 21, Spotsylvania, attempted grand larceny, four counts each of grand larceny and larceny with intent to sell stolen property.

Robby Lee Cannon, 22, Woodford, 25 counts each of child cruelty and child neglect.

Arthur Lewis Carter, 54, Milford, driving while intoxicated.

Tevin Jaiqwuan Day, 20, Ruther Glen, possession of marijuana and possession of hydrocodone.

Thomas June Fields, 30, Spotsylvania, possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of school property with intent to distribute and marijuana distribution.

Patrick Andre Foster, 23, Woodford, two counts each of grand larceny, larceny with intent to sell stolen property, destruction of property and conspiracy.

Henry C. Griffin, 44, Ruther Glen, indecent liberties and aggravated sexual battery.

Sherod Lamont Hall, 22, Woodford, possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Brian Eugene Harrison, 43, Ruther Glen, DUI-third or more offense.

Teal Marie Herek, 18, Milford, grand larceny and conspiracy.

Dakeivus Tyreise Hunter, 19, St. Stephens Church, grand larceny, armed statutory burglary, possession of burglary tools, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and two counts of conspiracy.

Roger Eugene Keefer, 66, Ruther Glen, indecent liberties and object sexual penetration.

Troy Jones, 19, King & Queen, grand larceny, armed statutory burglary, possession of burglary tools, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and conspiracy.

Marquis M. Johnson, 18, Ruther Glen, conspiracy and two counts each of grand larceny, statutory burglary and larceny with intent to sell stolen property.

Heather Jean Larossa, 45, Rappahannock Academy, threatening to burn or bomb.

Carl Clyde Madison IV, 25, Woodford, three counts each of grand larceny, larceny with intent to sell stolen property, conspiracy and two counts of destruction of property.

Matthew Lewis Madison, 21, Woodford, petit larceny, four counts of grand larceny, two counts of larceny with intent to sell stolen property, three counts of destruction of property and three conspiracy charges.

Lindsay Jamal Mongra, 21, Richmond, eluding police.

Cory Allen Nolte, 20, conspiracy.

Richard Christaine Olivella, 26, Fredericksburg, statutory burglary, grand larceny and credit card theft.

Desiree Nicole Pitts, 29, Woodford, destruction of property and two counts each of grand larceny, larceny with intent to sell stolen property and conspiracy.
