Ronald G. Reiser

Ronald G. Reiser, 73, of Johns Island, S.C., passed away Friday, May 11, 2012.

Born in Pardoe, Pa., he was the son of the late George and Mary Dummet Reiser and widower of Linda Joy Reiser. After working for many years in retail management, Mr. Reiser had been a computer equipment installer and an over-the-road truck driver before retiring and working security on Kiawah Island.

He enjoyed fishing and riding his Harley Davidson, and never missed an opportunity to tell a good joke. Mr. Reiser was loved by everyone he met and will be missed deeply. He was a loving father to his children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.

He is survived by his daughters, Tami Davies and husband Dan of Manassas and Ronda Parker and husband Stephen of Fredericksburg; son Blake Reiser of Johns Island; sisters Sandy McCurdy of New London, Ohio, and Missy McDonald of Gettysburg, Pa.; brother Tod Reiser of Pardoe; six grandchildren, Wyatt Davies, Brandon, Jordan and Madison Reiser, and Brayden and Andrew Parker; companion Annie English of Warren, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will have a private service.
