Mary Ellen Truslow Scott, 87, of Stafford County died Sunday, May 27, 2012, at Mary Washington Hospital.

Mrs. Scott was formerly employed at King's Volkswagen.

Survivors include son Robert V. "Bobby" Withers and wife Joyce; daughter Lavelle Jones and husband Craig; stepson George L. "Butch" Scott and wife Debbie; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George L. "Roy" Scott; her parents, Jack and May Truslow; son Allen J. "Pete" Withers; daughter Judy Waite; and stepson Kenneth Scott.

A graveside service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
