Sixty years ago, on May 31, 1952, childhood sweethearts Nancy Warwick and Hugh Maples married at Fairview United Methodist Church in Knoxville, Tenn. They lived in Washington, D.C., and Maryland from 1952 until 1962, when they moved to Woodbridge. Since 1987, they have lived in the home they built in Stafford County.
Hugh worked in the printing department of the FBI for 10 years before opening Woodbridge Printing Co. He still does great business today. Nancy is a housewife, mother and friend. They have three sons, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, all of whom live in the area.
Family and friends honored the couple with a luncheon at the Inn at Fredericksburg Square. We love you. Congratulations!
