The following students excelled on the Physical Education Physical Fitness test:

Zachary Rogers, Top Push-up Record for fifth-grade boys, 40

Allie Childress, Top Sit and Reach fourth-grade girls, 18 inches

Luis Ledesma, Top Sit and Reach. fifth-grade Boys, 16 inches

William Patchel, Top Sit and Reach fourth-grade Boy, 16 inches.

Rockhill Elementary

Third-grade teachers Beth Halterman, Jizelle Pickering, Amy Terebesi and Pam Wolford, and special educators Sheryl Adcock and Pam Kantor have been awarded Innovative Teaching Grants by the Stafford Education Foundation. As part of the award process, the winners and their principal will attend the Foundation's Innovative Teaching Grant Reception on Sept. 21 at Stafford Hospital. The following students will present speeches at Fifth-grade Recognition Night on June 13: Anthony Guishard, Emilie Brandt-Hare, Aiyanna Lee and Sarah Reid.
