Joan E. Simmons
Joan Eve Simmons, 75, of Stafford County died Friday, June 8, 2012, at her home, surrounded by loved ones.
A gentle spirit, she enjoyed the beauty she found in her garden, the ocean, her appreciation for the arts and her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughters, Donna M. Jones-Reilly and Linda L. Myers; and her grandchildren, Jesse Clayton Myers, Natasha Ann Hubbard and Nadia Starr Jones.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 16, at Covenant Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. Interment will be private
