The marriage of Katherine MacDonald Roberts and Andrew Michael Sackman took place on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the Presbyterian Church in Fredericksburg. The Rev. Allen H. Fisher Jr. and the Rev. Dr. Raymond R. Roberts officiated at the 5 p.m. service.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Roberts of Westfield, N.J.; and the granddaughter of Mr. Josiah P. Rowe of Fredericksburg. The groom is the son of Mr. Michael D. Sackman and the late Jan Sackman of Seminole, Fla.; and the grandson of Drs. George and Betty Wajdowitz of Largo, Fla.

Miss Allison Nadine Chopin of Brooklyn, N.Y., was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Harrison McHaney Roberts of Fredericksburg, sister-in-law of the bride, Miss Julia Frances Cadwallender of Philadelphia, cousin of the bride, Miss Ashlee Michelle Sackman of Seminole, sister of the groom, Miss Eleanor Patricia Kennedy of Munster, Ind., and Miss Elizabeth Marie Harbaugh of Westfield.

Mr. Edward Calohill Burks III of Davis, Calif., was best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Harrison McHaney Roberts of Fredericksburg, brother of the bride, Mr. William Richard Folger Ackell of Madison, Wis., Mr. Kyle Jacob Parsons of Harrisonburg, Mr. Matthew Lorenz Pagano of Zionsville, Ind., and Mr. Andrew Christopher Budzinski of Lawrenceville, N.J.

Miss Margaret Irene Rowe of Fredericksburg, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.

A reception was held at the Fredericksburg Country Club. Mr. and Mrs. Sackman will reside in Tallahassee, Fla.
