Rosetta C. Steward, 81, of King George County died Friday, June 15, 2012, at Heritage Hall Nursing Home.
She was a member of St. Stephen's Baptist Church.
Survivors include son Nathaniel Steward (Regina); sister Esther C. Kay (Ray); five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 22, at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home, 200 Butternut Drive, Fredericksburg.
A funeral will be held at noon Saturday, June 23, at St. Stephen's Baptist Church, King George. Pastor Anthony M. Jones will deliver the eulogy. The family will also receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Stephen's Baptist Church Special Building Project, Box 656, King George, Va. 22485.
