A Stafford County woman is accused of ramming her car into another vehicle several times at a park in Prince William County, police said.

According to a Prince William County police report, officers went to Locust Shade Park in Triangle on Thursday for a reported crash.

They found that a 37-year-old Fredericksburg man and a 37-year-old Stafford woman who knew each other, had an argument that escalated, the report said.

A 34-year-old friend of the Fredericksburg man said the woman hit him with a stick when he tried to intervene, according to the report.

Both men tried to leave in their vehicle, but it was struck several times by the woman's car, the report said. Both cars and a wooden guard rail at the park were damaged, the report said.

The woman left on foot before police arrived but was arrested later at her home, police said.

Crisdel Valeriano Bell of Ebony Court in Stafford is charged with two counts of malicious wounding, hit and run and destruction of property. Minor injuries were reported, and the incident was considered domestic-related.
