HOW DID YOU GET INTO YOUR FIELD? "I was an elementary P.E. teacher for years and I decided I wanted a different challenge. I was also coaching at the time, and the A.D. position intrigued me. I got into it at the middle school level here and I really enjoyed it. I went on to become the A.D. at Fredericksburg Academy before moving on to this role. I kind of worked my way up from smaller school to bigger school."

LOVES MOST ABOUT JOB: "Honestly, the best part is watching the kids compete at a high level. You deal with some hassles and headaches, but when you get to watch the kids compete, do well, and the coaches and parents all having a good time, it makes it all worth it."
